According to MacRumors, the new leaked images offer the clearest idea of how Apple’s iPhone 8 will look like. The renders are said to be based on the expectation that the upcoming Apple iPhone 8 will be 144mm tall, 71mm wide and 7.7mm thick. Meaning, it is slightly larger compared to the existing iPhone 7 but smaller than an iPhone 7 Plus, and somewhat thicker than both. On the back part, there is the widely-rumored vertical dual-lens camera, which is a change from the horizontal arrangement applied on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

The next Apple iPhone will have a big screen but small body, as reported by TechRadar. Thanks to the 5.8-inch display and a no home button appearance, the larger screen is achieved and an all-screen front is possible. The leak also reveals that the fingerprint scanner of the next Apple smartphone could be built either into the display itself or into the Apple logo located on the back of the iPhone.

The port and button placement is similar to what’s gone before but with two speaker grilles, a power button on the right edge and additional buttons on the left for volume adjustment. Despite the very attractive design and display, note that these leaked images are just dummy units to show how the iPhone 8 will look like. We still not know the exact details until September when the iPhone 8 is expected to be announced.
