Samsung Galaxy S8

Samsung’s latest flagship, the Galaxy S8 has a 5.8-inch curved AMOLED panel display, which is taller than other phones. It has 18.5:9 aspect ratio that offers more space than the regular 16:9 display. OnePlus 5

On the other hand, OnePlus will produce the “thinnest flagship” once it unleashed its OnePlus 5. The most awaited smartphone will be the thinnest yet a high-end handset on the market. It is rumored to come with a 5.5-inch display, a full-HD or quad-HD resolution and a flat screen rather than the curved display.

According to Tom’s Guide, OnePlus 5 will sport Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor. Carl Pei, OnePlus co-founder, posted a photo to Instagram that recommended the mobile device might have a dual-lens rear-facing camera. Aside from that, it is already confirmed that OnePlus will keep the headphone jack, not like the other flagship phones.

Essential Phone

According to Extreme Tech, Essential has the same goal of reviewing as much screen into its smartphone as possible. The expected smartphone has a 5.7-inch flat LCD panel and has 2560 x 1312 with a 19:10 ratio. However, the Essential Phone goes all the way to the edge design, and this time it’s for real as it was already confirmed.

The Essential Phone will ship with 128GB of storage. It might be able to meet the needs of most users with so much built-in storage, but some people will never give up the microSD card slot. Still, a Snapdragon 835 tuned for performance could be enough to put Essential over the top.
